By creating an account or booking through CricBooking, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the platform.
CricBooking is a marketplace that connects players with cricket venues — grounds, indoor pitches and practice nets — for booking. Venues listed on CricBooking are owned and operated by independent third parties, not by CricBooking itself. We provide the booking platform; the venue owner is responsible for the venue, its facilities, and honouring bookings made through it.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or listing a venue.
CricBooking does not currently process payments on the platform. Payment arrangements for a booking are between the player and the venue, according to the venue's own stated pricing.
Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing — pitches, pricing, availability, photos and contact details. Listings are reviewed by our team before going live, but CricBooking does not guarantee the condition or availability of any venue beyond what's represented in its listing.
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience at the venue. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to an actual booking.
You agree not to use CricBooking to make fraudulent bookings, misrepresent a venue, attempt to bypass the booking system, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms — for example fraudulent bookings, a venue listing that misrepresents what's actually offered, or abusive behaviour toward other users. Where practical we'll try to tell you why, but we reserve the right to act quickly to protect other users and the platform when necessary.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a CricBooking account. If you're under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission to use the platform where required by the law that applies to you — including for any booking they're financially responsible for.
CricBooking is provided “as is”. We aren't liable for disputes between players and venues, or for a venue's failure to honour a booking, beyond facilitating the connection between the two parties.
We may update these terms as CricBooking evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@cricbooking.app.
